# One Baby

> One Baby is a free baby tracker for iPhone and Apple Watch. Its premise: the countdown to the next feed lives on your lock screen and your wrist, so you never open the app to check. Logging is what powers the countdown. Made for parents of a 0–18 month old in a dual-Apple household. No accounts, no ads, no analytics.

## What it does

- **The countdown is the product.** When a feed ends, a Live Activity shows the time until the next one on your lock screen and Apple Watch. The number changes color as the feed approaches — sage, then amber, then terracotta when due. It is never red.
- **One-handed logging.** Hold a single button and drag to log a feed, pump, diaper, or sleep — it works with a baby in your other arm.
- **What you can track:** breastfeeding (left/right switch + timer), pumping and bottles (with volume), diapers (wet/dirty/both), sleep (start/end + live timer), and growth (weight and length).
- **Sharing.** Share over iCloud; both phones and both watches stay in sync. The partner taps a link — no account to create.
- **A quiet daily line.** Each morning opens on the day count and one short sentence. No advice, no streaks, no charts.
